Hello to All! Spring is upon us and with that we are busily preparing for graduation and summer semesters. I hope you will take a little time to check out the plans for the annual SWCBA Regional Meeting to be held in Fort Worth, Texas October 15th – 19th. Your board members are busily preparing for what promises to be an exciting event. This event is a great opportunity to share ideas and information with others in our unique industry. The SWCBA does try to keep travel expenses for you at a minimum. Please check out the information at www.swcba.com.
As you are aware, the budget climate in Louisiana has been difficult (to say the least) in the last few years. Hopefully, you are finding ways to stay positive and move forward with new and exciting ideas to make your college store a success. If you haven’t checked out the great information available to you on the NACS website you should really do so. This organization really keeps you abreast of the changes in our industry that are taking place daily and if you weren’t able to attend CAMEX, you can see the highlights at http://nacs.org.
