UPDATE 08/30/10: We've added some important new documents regarding the annual meeting so be sure to head to the Annual Meeting page!

Good afternoon!

I need your help! The NACS Foundation has been promoting the College Store of 2015 Investment Grants - we are giving one store from every S&R association a $1,000 investment grant to highlight a program, add signage, paint walls, etc. that uses one of the recommendations from the College Store of 2015 research project.

We are getting very close to the deadline for the College Store of 2015 Investment Grant program application, we to date have only received 10 applications. I think people may not be applying because they are in the midst of RUSH, but I need for people to know that the short deadline was so that we could announce the winners at the state and regional association meetings - since their store will represent their respective association.

Would you be willing to send this out on your respective list-serv or to colleagues? I was really hoping for more submissions.

What could your college store do with $1,000? With a College Store of 2015 Investment Grant, you could highlight an area of your store with new color, create new signage, support a student-designed t-shirt contest, or promote products in new and innovative ways? One investment grant will be offered to a college store from every state and regional college store association. What's the catch? You have to involve students, make a change that supports a College Store of 2015 recommendation, and film the process from start to
finish - the NACS Foundation will even purchase a flip video camera for you to do it! Your video will be shared at a CAMEX 2011 education session, in the 2015 Theater at CAMEX, and on the 2015 website and YouTube channel. Interested? To apply click here. The Wilson Store at the College Store of Wooster did it and their sales
results were amazing! See their store’s transformation here on YouTube at www.youtube.com/nacsfoundation.  For more information, contact Kristi Runser at krunser@nacs.org or call

Thanks,
DeAnn
