Kellie Ranum

A Warm Welcome From Our President

Dear SWCBA Members and Friends,

Welcome to another great year with the Southwest College Bookstore Association!

We recently wrapped up another successful Annual Conference and Vendor Show at Oklahoma State University, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our wonderful hosts in Stillwater. OSU has graciously hosted us for many years, and its hospitality consistently impresses. Having the hotel, conference space, and trade show all within walking distance truly makes the event easy to enjoy, and it’s a significant part of what makes our gatherings so special.

That said, we’ve also heard from several members who’d love to see a venue change for 2026, perhaps with a return to Texas or another neighboring state. The SWCBA Board is already exploring options to keep the conference fresh, accessible, and exciting for everyone. Our goal is to continue growing attendance and engagement while maintaining the same friendly, collaborative spirit that defines SWCBA.

Thank you all for your continued support and participation. Each year, your enthusiasm and commitment make this community stronger. I look forward to seeing what we accomplish together in the year ahead!

Warm regards,

Kellie Ranum
