Conference Vendor Registration

Buying Show Date: Monday, October 20, 2025
Time: 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Please reserve a space for our firm at the SWCBA Meeting. 

Vendors must be current members in good standing with SWCBA.
Registration includes meals and access to all Professional Development Sessions.
Set-up for Buying Show will be communicated at a later date.
 
There is a OSU home game on October 18th, so hotels will be limited on Saturday night, please plan accordingly.

Room Reservation

Will you be reserving a room at The Atherton Hotel at Oklahoma State University, the official host hotel for the SWCBA Conference? Rates are $119.95 for standard rooms, $159.95 for premium rooms, and $219.95 for suites, you may contact the Atherton Hotel at 405-744-6835 and mention the SWCBA Conference. If coming in on Saturday you will need to look for someplace other than Stillwater. https://www.athertonhotelatosu.com/
